Customs clearance fees may be incurred according to the customs regulations of different countries. If you refuse to pay VAT and customs clearance fees, the package will be destroyed and you should cover the lost.

​Special requirements for shipping information:

- The shipping address and recipient name must be in English characters;

- For packages shipped to Taiwan, the recipient's real Chinese name and ID number should be remarked;

- For packages shipped to South Korea, the recipient's Personal Customs Clearance Code should be remarked;

- For packages shipped to Germany, the recipient's EORI number should be remarked even if the recipient is a private person.​​
